Command Center and Data Services — two products serving Ford's global service operations, plus a platform expansion that absorbed adjacent projects. Led a 30+ cross-functional team and shipped feature waves against real field pain points.
Owned the product roadmap for the global Corporate Actions product, serving internal trading desks and institutional prime brokerage. Plus the Deutsche Bank PB integration — coordinating product and tech for a seamless cutover.
Automated key reporting processes across risk, finance, and treasury, and designed credit-risk platform features and dashboards used by global compliance teams to improve decision-making and accuracy.
