Owned the Digital Transformation Project for Barclays' Risk, Finance, and Treasury functions — automating ten-plus reporting processes and rebuilding the credit-risk dashboards used across global compliance.
Fixed income middle-office work — trade lifecycle, risk metrics, MIS reporting feeding daily desk-level decisions across the global markets business.
Tax advisory work for high-net-worth individuals and CXO clients — reviewed 250+ complex returns at full compliance, and built a faster client-data-collection process that earned EY's Global Extra Miler Award.

A healthcare risk analytics product. Owning the strategy, the feature design, the solutioning, and the full release cadence — from PRD through ship and into the field.
Command Center and Data Services — two products serving Ford's global service operations, plus a platform expansion that absorbed adjacent projects. Led a 30+ cross-functional team and shipped feature waves against real field pain points.
Owned the product roadmap for the global Corporate Actions product, serving internal trading desks and institutional prime brokerage. Re-architected the processing core around a configurable rule engine.
Automated key reporting processes across risk, finance, and treasury, and designed credit-risk platform features and dashboards used by global compliance teams to improve decision-making and accuracy.
